Ductile iron pipes

Ductile iron pipes produced by our company uses the water cooling metal mold  

pour into centrifugal mold craft, are the productions of K9 level, T receives inserts the type connection pipeline according to the standard ISO2531.

 1). First, outside guards against corrosion- Spurts zinc which requires that the zinc quantity to be bigger than 130 grams/square meters.

 2).Second, inside lining-uses the raw material of laundering sand, the high sulphate-resistant cement.

 3).Third, the connection uses the seal rubber or plastic rings-the material used can bear the fatigue strength extremely high natural rubber.
